Description

The close-to-body muscle fit silhouette follows the torso and arms without restricting movement, while a stand collar and quarter zip control ventilation and coverage. Breathable mesh panelling is placed at the key heat zones, and the chest carries a tonal wordmark that keeps branding restrained.

Development & Customization Notes
The reference direction combines a structured 300 GSM grid knit with four-way stretch, so development work starts with the actual fabric weight, grid density and recovery. Panel layout is the second decision point: the side and back shoulder panel seams carry the mesh inserts, so panel widths, seam placement and the position of the bar-tack detail need to be confirmed on the block before grading. Fit is a muscle cut rather than a standard athletic cut, so armhole depth, sleeve taper, chest ease and body length should be agreed against the target size set.
Review the first sample for actual fabric weight and hand feel, stretch and recovery after repeated extension, and the drape of the hem and sleeve cuffs. Confirm that the mesh panels sit flat when the garment is worn and that the seams do not pucker at the underarm or back shoulder. Check the lockable zip puller holds its position through movement, and approve the tonal chest wordmark for height, placement and contrast against the grid surface under production lighting.
For OEM development, HUCAI activewear can work from an approved tech pack, graded measurement chart, fabric specification and branding artwork. ODM and private label routes can rebuild the same performance direction through alternative knit weights, grid or waffle structures, elastane levels, mesh panel placement, collar heights, zip hardware, colorways, branding and packaging.
Men's activewear and performance brands building technical training layers, HIIT and functional training capsules, or a private label quarter-zip program with mesh ventilation and a muscle fit block.
Lock the knit weight, elastane percentage and mesh panel placement before fit approval, because those three variables drive both the hand feel and the position of the panel seams. Confirm stretch and recovery targets on the final fabric lot, agree the muscle fit block against the target size set, and approve the tonal wordmark standard and the zip hardware specification before grading and bulk production.
