Custom Men's Laser Perforated Performance Tank Top for Activewear Brands

This men's laser perforated performance tank top is a sleeveless race-cut singlet in a 73% nylon and 27% spandex knit. A precision micro-perforated zone runs across the upper chest and shoulder area and continues through the side panels and the whole upper back. The block uses a bound crew neck, wide bound shoulder straps with deep armholes and a straight hem finished with a woven tab. A small wordmark sits on the chest with a second wordmark at the upper back.

Development & Customization Notes

Product Development

This singlet is a development base rather than a fixed stock item. The perforation density and zone limits can be adjusted between the upper chest, the side panels and the upper back, and the race-cut block, shoulder strap width, neck binding and hem tab can be retuned to a brand's own fit range. The strap loop layout used for race bib attachment can be repositioned, thinned or removed entirely.

Sample Development Notes

At sampling, confirm the knit composition and weight, the micro-perforation hole size and how far the perforated zone extends across the chest, side panel and upper back, the bound neck and armhole binding width, shoulder strap width, hem tab position and strap loop spacing, together with the size, colour and method of both wordmarks. Agree the colour match for each of the five reference colourways before bulk.

OEM / ODM / Private Label

OEM: build the singlet from the buyer's own tech pack, measurements, colourways and labels. ODM: develop from the HUCAI direction, including the laser-perforated zone layout, the race-cut block and the race bib strap loop system. Private label: apply the buyer's branding, woven labels, hem tab and packaging to the same construction, with grading agreed at sampling.
